PROFILE
McIntyre & Bauman Group is a
private family investment company with mining and real estate
interests in the Western United States. Both founding families have
deep roots in the West and in mining.

General John D. McIntyre was the first mining engineer at the
Great Homestead Gold Mine in the South Dakota Black Hills more than a
century ago. He later owned and operated other gold mines in the
Pacific Northwest, British Columbia and Alaska, as well as a steel
company.
The McIntyre & Bauman Group
mining portfolio is within the geographic footprint established by
Montana Senator William A. Clark.
Known as Butte, Montana’s first “Copper King,” Senator Clark’s United
Verde Copper Mine in Jerome, Arizona was the richest individually
owned mine in the world at that time.
Searchlight Exploration unit
includes 20+ mining properties (40,000+ acres) in Arizona, California
and Montana, U.S.A.
American Molygold and
Searchlight Strategic Resources are subsidiaries engaged in
exploration for molybdenum, uranium and rare earths.
